Reference Works

A reference work is a concise, yet comprehensive compilation of information, usually of a specific type, compiled in a book. The information is intended to be quickly found when needed. Reference works are usually referred to for particular pieces of information, rather than read cover to cover.

The library also has a wide array of electronic reference works available to you through Credo Reference, NetLibrary, and Grolier.
